contact form or submitting a
trouble ticket, you can now get Live Support during business hours by clicking on the "Need Help? Ask Live" button on www.icglink.net. If a technician isn't on line, the button changes to say "Live Help - OffLine" but you can still click on it and leave a message for one of our technicians who will get back to you as soon as possible. Of course, after hours, the trouble ticket is still your best bet for getting timely assistance. Visit
