e-Commerce Notification
If you have secure server enabled and are using Fedex on either our NetMerchant shopping cart or another e-commerce site, please be advised of the following important update from FedEx. Customers using FedEx Web Services, FedEx Ship Manager(R) API and FedEx Ship Manager(R) Direct solutions will be unable to process transactions during the following windows. NetMerchant customers will be effected.

Fedex regrets any inconvenience due to these service interruptions. If you have questions or if your non-ICG Link developer needs technical assistance following the updates, please call 1.877.339.2774 and say "API" at the prompt. Support hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT Saturday. In addition to our regularly scheduled support hours, FedEx service representatives will be available Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT for your convenience.
