ICG Link News01.13.12 Extend Customer Service HoursWe are pleased to announce extended customer service hours. Normal customer service will remain in place during regular business hours 8:30 to 5pm central time M-F. Now, after hours if you have an emergency or time sensitive matter, we have "on-call customer service" from 5am to 10pm central time seven days a week. From 10pm to 5am, the existing after hours service will remain in place to respond to outages. |
