New Customer Support System
ICG Link is pleased to announce the integration of an enhanced remote technical support platform. This new system allows an ICG Link support representative to log on to your computer remotely in order to provide technical support on issues that can't be solved over the phone. Starting remote support is as simple as navigating to
our support portal and following the instructions for a quick download. Issues with your iPhone or iPad? The system also supports the Apple iOS.
