Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling


Tennessee IRS Notice #07-20 issued December 2007 states that as of January 1, sales tax is applicable to shipping and handling charges on goods and services to customers in Tennessee. If you have an e-commerce site, please let us know if you ship to Tennessee clients and we will edit your cart to accommodate the new ruling.
